Our construction loans are a little different than the bank. Here are a few things we do:
Loans to complete homes currently under construction. If you have started construction on your home but have run out of money, we can help. Depending on the current equity you have, we may be able to loan you enough to complete the home. We do not require that you use a contractor. Owner builders are fine with us.
Construction Loans if you own your land. If you have enough equity in your land, we can also make you a loan to start and complete a home, a barn, or a shop on your property.
